Symposium Center
The symposium will be held at La Blanche Island - Bodrum between April 16-19, 2026.

Symposium Language
The official language of the symposium is Turkish.

Permissions
Symposium invitation letters requested to be submitted to institutions for symposium participation can be obtained from the "Permission Form" button on the website. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. Registration and accommodation fees of guests holding such invitation letters are their own responsibility.

Name Badge
Name badges will be provided to all participants. In order to maintain the symposium order, it is requested that name badges be worn at all times.

Speaker Room
The speaker room will be at the service of speakers who want to check their presentations during the symposium. If the presentation is brought on a personal computer, it will be transferred to the symposium computers by the staff. If desired after the presentation, it will be deleted under the supervision of the speaker.

Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be sent to the e-mail addresses of all participants following the end of the symposium.

Abstract General Information
Symposium abstract presentation will be in the form of poster and oral presentations. Those who want to participate in the symposium with an abstract must submit their abstract summaries from the poster and oral abstract section on the website by "February 20, 2026" at the latest. In order for the abstracts to be published in the digital book, it is necessary to register for the symposium.

Exhibition Area
During the symposium, pharmaceutical and medical device companies will exhibit their products in the area reserved for them at the symposium center.

Crediting
The meetings will be credited by the Turkish Medical Association.

Secretariat Services
Your applications will be answered between 08:00 and 22:00 through the secretariat at the symposium center. Please contact Burkon Tourism before the symposium.
