Services Included in the Registration Fee

• Specialists, assistants, and company representatives must register to participate in the general areas of the symposium and scientific meetings.
• The registration fee includes symposium printed materials, name badge, symposium bag, and participation in scientific events.

Note: Registration fees do not include 20% VAT.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Requests and changes regarding registration reservations must be notified in writing to the organization secretariat. For your cancellation requests, you need to send an e-mail to hande.durmaz@burkon.com.
• For cancellations notified by January 16, 2026, the full payment will be refunded.
• For cancellations notified by February 16, 2026, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
• There will be no cancellation - refund process after February 16, 2026, but name changes will be accepted.
• All refund procedures will be made within 30 working days after the event.

Services Included in the Accommodation Fee

• 3-Night Package Accommodations include ultra all-inclusive within the hotel concept for 3 nights, checking in on Thursday, April 16, 2026, and checking out on Sunday, April 19, 2026.
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00. Early check-ins and late check-outs are charged extra.

Note: Accommodation prices do not include 10% VAT. Changes in tax rates will be reflected in the prices.

Accommodation Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants who do not purchase accommodation through the symposium Organization company and only register without staying at the symposium hotel must pay an external participation fee in addition to the symposium registration fees to benefit from the services within the hotel concept between 09:00 - 18:00 on the specified days between April 16 - April 19, 2026.

• Daily External Participation: 90 € + VAT
• Four-Day External Participation: 360€ + VAT

The external participation fee must be collected from all our participants and company representative guests regardless of the registration type. This fee includes entrance to the symposium center during the scientific program and activities, lunches, and treats served at the symposium center. The symposium registration of participants who do not pay the external participation fee will not be valid.

Group transfer will be provided if there are at least 5 people. These prices are valid for a minimum of 5 people.
